From Winbond's datasheet: The W971GG6JB is a 1G bits DDR2 SDRAM, organized as 8,388,608 words x 8 banks x 16 bits.
Compatible with all Allen-Bradley PLCs that support EtherNet/IP, these networked rotary sensors provide an overall measuring range of 16 bits (single-turn resolution) plus 14 bits (number of revolutions), or 30 bits total.
The addresses included in this group use the third''s and fourth''s octet in the 16 bits to function as the host ID which permits the functionality of the 65,000 hosts per network.
