(Advanced Memory International, Inc., San Jose, CA) A short-lived trade organization founded in 1999 that was dedicated to advancing standards for dynamic RAM (DRAM) memory. AMI2 worked closely with JEDEC in the support of DDR SDRAM technologies. See SDRAM.
