Birth and death dates unknown. Nineteenth-century Turkmen poet.

Abdysetdar Kazi is the author of the poem A Book of Stories About the Battles of the Turkomans (Jengnama, Russian translation, 1914), written in the epic form masnavi; it contains some 2,200 lines. The poem depicts the bravery in war of the Turkmen against the Iranian predators. The poem’s language is archaic.
