(Advice on Agricultural Engineering to Kolkhozes and Sovkhozes, from 1931 to 1957 entitled Agrotekhsovety kolkhozam; from 1958 to 1961, Agrotekh-sovety kolkhozam i sovkhozam), a multicolor newspaperposter, this organ of the Ministry of Agriculture of the USSR was founded in 1931. It is published in Moscow two or three times monthly by the Kolos (Spike) Publishing House. It treats questions of the rational use of soil and technology and the cultivation of a high yield of agricultural crops.
