Aloia

 

an urban-type settlement in Limbazi Raion, Latvian SSR. It is a railroad station 120 km north of Riga. Aloia had a population of 3,000 in 1968. It has food-processing plants (a distillery, a dairy, and others) and manufactures furniture.
