Amenhotep the Younger
Ancient Egyptian architect of the 15th century B.C., “chief of all works of the pharaoh.” Amenhotep, together with the architect brothers Gori and Suti, built the temple to the god Amon-Ra in Luxor. He also built the central colonnade of the main hypostyle hall of the temple of Amon-Ra in Karnak and the temples in Soleb and Sedeing, and he reconstructed the temple of the goddess Mut in Karnak.
