Anisoplia Agricola
a beetle of the family Scarabeidae. The body measures 10–13 mm and is greenish black; the elytra are yellow with a variable (usually cross-shaped) black pattern. It is found in the steppe and forest-steppe zones of Europe (westward to Austria) and Asia (Western Siberia and Kazakhstan). It damages cereals by eating away the young grains but is less harmful than the beetle A. austriaca. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
