Nicolaas (Nick) died peacefully at Westshore Rest Home, Warwick, Rhode Island, on 1st April 2009, aged 87 years, much loved husband of the late Florence and the late Livia, dearly loved dad of Margaret, Thomas, Lesley and Bob, treasured grandad of Nicola, Annaka and Amanda and his six great grandchildren.

Triston Walker, 22, killed dancer Annaka Pinto, 17, in the packed club as she celebrated finishing her exams.
