Anshun (än`sh n`), city (1994 est. pop. 205,600), W central Guizhou prov., SW China. A flourishing town during the opium traffic days, it is now an important market and commercial center. | Intergraph China, a business unit of US-based Intergraph Corporation (Nasdaq:INGR), announced today that AnShun Electric Bureau has purchased G/Electric, Intergraph's next-generation geospatial information management system for electric utilities. The eight Model D10D ball mills will be used with two 300 MW boilers, four ball mills per boiler, at a new Anshun power plant to be built by the Guizhou Province Electric Power Bureau. |
