A Windows 3.1 error message. The full message is

Application Execution Error
Cannot find file (path name).......

This means that the name of a program you are trying to run cannot be located. The (path name) is the directory and file name you entered in the Run dialog box by selecting File Run in Program Manager. Perhaps there is a typo in one of the names, or you used a slash instead of a backslash. It's easy to do. Try again. For a tutorial on path names, see DOS path name.
