Capitoline Triad

Capitoline Triad 

in ancient Rome the group of three major gods held sacred in the Capitoline Temple, on the Capitoline Hill. The triad consisted of Jupiter, Juno, and Minerva. Worship of the triad ceased when the temple was destroyed by the Vandals in 455.
