Having spent five years at Tate Liverpool, incorporating the run-up to and realisation of the city's European Capital of Culture status in 2008, Mr Sillars presided over an ambitious international programme of modern and contemporary art including exhibitions by Bruce Nauman, Glenn Brown, Monica Bonvicini, Omer Fast, Rodney Graham, John Armleder, Toba Khedoori and Teresa Margolles.
Musical accompaniment will include a recording of Frozen Microwave Music, from the 2002 John Armleder performance which uses microwaves as musical instruments.
Armleder and Olivier Mosset, two fellow Geneva artists, invited her to take part in a group show at the Rivolta Gallery in Lausanne.
