The new joint venture has already appointed The Autopass
Company Limited, a Hong Kong company established in 1992, to implement Amtech's electronic toll collection systems at the Cross Harbour, Aberdeen and Lion Rock Tunnels in Hong Kong, as its agent for responding to the rapidly increasing interest in China for advanced non-stop electronic toll collection systems.
