We compared the collection of the IA as provided by Alexa and the collection the BNF built in 2002 for the presidential and parliamentary elections. In an attempt to a) clarify the role of CYP1A activity in the toxicity of PAHs and b) explore the possible effects of co-occurring PAH-type CYP1A inducers and inhibitors, we cotreated Fundulus heteroclitus (killifish) embryos with three different AHR agonists [the pHAH 3,3',4,4',5-pentachlorobiphenyl (PCB-126) and the PAHs BNF and BaP] and four CYP1A inhibitors that work by various mechanisms (Table 1).
