Babai

an urban-type settlement in Kharkov Raion, Kharkov Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located on the Moscow-Simferopol’ highway, 3 km from the Pokotilovka railroad station. Population, 7,800 (1968). Babai has an automotive repair plant and a vegetable-and-dairy sovkhoz.
