Bash Bish Falls State Park Location: In the southern Berkshires of western Massachusetts, next to Mount Washington State Forest (see separate entry). Facilities: Trails, scenic viewing area. Activities: Fishing, hiking. Special Features: Bash Bish Falls is one of the state's most dramatic and the highest single-drop waterfall. The water tumbles through a series of gorges and a hemlock hardwood ravine forest, then drops about 60 feet into a pool below. The park is located in the extreme southwest corner of the state, next to Mount Washington State Forest, and also adjoins New York's Taconic State Park.
