b-spline In computer graphics, a curve that is generated using a mathematical formula that assures continuity with other b-splines. See spline and NURB.b-spline [′bē‚splīn] (computer science) A curve that is generated by a computer-graphics program, guided by a mathematical formula which ensures that it will be continuous with other such curves; it is mathematically more complex but easier to blend than a Bézier curve.
