In large pot, combine sprit peas, barley, water, bay leaves, salt, Braggs Liquid Aminos, thyme, garlic, sage, and cumin; bring to boil over high heat. Add vanilla and bay leaves to sugar mixture and bring to simmer over medium heat. |
