Beavers Bend Resort Park

Location: Off US 259, adjacent to Broken Bow Lake.
Facilities: 393 campsites (modern, semi-modern, and primitive), 2 group camps, showers, 47 cabins, 40-room lodge, beach and bathhouse, boat ramps, boat rentals, 18-hole golf course, miniature golf course, restaurant, nature center, amphitheater, game courts, store (é).
Activities: Camping, boating, canoeing, water-skiing, fishing, swimming, scuba diving, hiking, backpacking, horseback riding, mountain biking, golf, tennis, archery, excursion train rides, interpretive programs.
Special Features: Park straddles the banks of the Mountain Fork River where it begins flowing out of 14,000-acre Broken Bow Lake. The park's Forest Heritage Center and Museum houses historical documents, antique forestry tools, wood art, homestead memorabilia, and a research library with materials pertaining to forestry. Park trails include the 26-mile David L. Boren Trail. Eagle watches are held every November-February.
