Benjamin, Aaron

(1932–2010)
An urban planner and housing specialist who worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) as a Housing and Urban Development officer. He was involved worldwide, often following a disaster, in reconstruction, export development, and disaster preparedness response programming.
