Bicaz
a city (since 1960) in eastern Rumania, in Neamt, District. Located on the Bistrija River at the point at which the Bicaz River empties into it, near the gorge in the eastern Carpathians, where the V. I. Lenin Hydroelectric Power Station was built in 1960. It is connected with Bacáu by rail and highway. Bicaz has cement and asbestoscement plants and is a center of tourism. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
