GAO-09-1036T September 22, 2009 This testimony discusses our report on a national strategy for high-containment laboratories that deal with dangerous--pathogens also known as biosafety level-3 (BSL-3) laboratories and biosafety level-4 (BSL-4) laboratories--in the United States, which was released yesterday.
DECEMBER 2008, AFRICAN CENTRE FOR BIOSAFETY -- A newly launched report by the African Centre for Biosafety, Agrofuels in South Africa: Projects, Players and Poverty, condemns the 'Biofuels' roll-out in South Africa as a strategy to allow agribusiness to grab land from the rural poor in the former homelands.
The school dedicated the New England Regional Biosafety Laboratory yesterday morning.
