BizTalk

Microsoft's logo for business-to-business and application-to-application integration. In the late 1990s, Microsoft introduced the BizTalk Framework, which included common XML tags and an XML schema known as "XDR." It also launched a Web site for publishing XML repositories (see BizTalk.Org). The framework evolved into the BizTalk Server product. See XML repository.
