Blockade, Raising of
combat activity with the aim of freeing blockaded (surrounded) troops or naval vessels, merchant ships in ports, naval bases, gulfs, and so forth. Combat activity in the raising of a blockade consists of breaking through the blockade and destroying the enemy force that is blockading. In aviation, the raising of a blockade means the carrying out of military action against the aviation of the enemy that is blockading a surrounded grouping of forces or any objective.
