Location: Off TN 58 and Route 2, on the shores of Chickamauga Lake.
Facilities: Group lodge, 16 cabins, picnic areas, hiking trails, swimming pool, boat ramps, playfields, playgrounds, game courts.
Activities: Camping, boating, water-skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking.
Special Features: Park was named to honor Booker Taliaferro Washington, a prominent writer, thinker, and educator who is most widely remembered for his many years as president of the Tuskegee Institute, a historically black institution of higher education.
