Borislav 

a city in L’vov Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Situated in the foothills of the Carpathians, 108 km southwest of L’vov. The city has a railroad station and is a highway juncture. Population in 1967, 35,300.

Borislav is an important industrial center. Industry is represented by the oil extracting, ozokerite, and gasoline industries; chemical, porcelain, auto repair, mechanical repair, and gas-processing plants; clothing and footwear factories; a factory for nonwoven materials; and enterprises of the woodworking, food, and other light industries. It also has a medical school. Borislav was first mentioned in 1387. It became a city in 1940.

The Bulgarian citizen Borislav Kalchev tried to stop the flight with which his 10 year-old daughter Gabriela was traveling to the uk after an English court recently gave the parental rights to her mother.
Borislav Sarandev lead the efforts of the Bulgarian Development Collaborative for the projects, which included site selection, land acquisition, and securing the myriad of necessary permits, licenses and interconnection documents needed to have a turn key project of this type.
