Location:In Livingston County, 6 miles southwest of Brighton off I-96.
Facilities:144 modern campsites, 50 rustic campsites, 19 equestrian campsites with stable and staging area, organization campground, 5 rustic cabins, hiking trails (7 miles), mountain bike trails (14 miles), equestrian trails (18 miles), picnic areas (é), 4 picnic shelters, playgrounds, beach house, fishing pier (é), boat launches, canoe rentals, horse rentals.
Activities:Camping, fishing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting, cross-country skiing, bird watching, wildlife observation, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Area has a combination of high, irregular ranges of hills interspersed with a number of lakes. Upland areas consist of oak forest, thick hedgerows, and open space, while lowland areas have grassy marshes, shrub marshes and dense swamp timber.
