British Columbia, University ofCanadian public university in Vancouver. It is one of the largest universities in Canada and the oldest in the province (founded 1908). It comprises faculties of agricultural sciences, applied science, arts, commerce and business administration, dentistry, education, forestry, graduate studies, law, medicine, pharmacy, theology, and science.
