Buka 

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Buka Raion, Tashkent Oblast, Uzbek SSR, located 32 km southwest of the Toi-Tepa railroad station and 70 km from the city of Tashkent. Population, 11,300 (1968). Buka has a cotton-ginning factory and a technicum for the mechanization of agriculture in the raion.
