James Arkle, 26, of High Street, Newbiggin, Northumberland, pleaded guilty to two charges brought by the Northumberland Sea Fisheries Committee, of landing four undersized lobsters, and breaching the committee's byelaw preventing more than one being landed without a licence.
In reporting under the requirements of the byelaw, your action would be treated confidentially by CIMA.
They also contravened a byelaw banning the landing of more than one lobster in the district without a permit.
