A table at the CIAC Website shows the propagation of one hoax e-mailed to 10 people, who in turn pass it on to 10 more people, and so on. Superintendents whose districts belonged to the CIAC must not permit or endorse any change in CIAC rules that compromise the organization's eligibility standards for student participation in athletics or the ability to monitor how those standards are met.
