Canadian Football League (CFL)Major Canadian professional gridiron football organization, formed in 1958. The league's Western Conference includes teams from Edmonton, Calgary, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Winnipeg; its Eastern Conference comprises teams from Hamilton, Montreal, Ottawa, and Toronto.
