Cape Blanco State Park

Location: Off US 101, 9 miles north of Port Orford.
Facilities: 53 electrical hookup campsites, hiker/biker camp, horsemen's camp, 4 cabins, group camp, picnic area, showers, restrooms, hiking trails, bridle trail, beach access, lighthouse, store, historic buildings.
Activities: Camping, fishing, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, sightseeing.
Special Features: Cape Blanco was the first lighthouse in the state outfitted with a first-order Fresnel lens in 1870. Lighthouse and historic home are open for tours April through October.
