Cape Cod Rail Trail

Location: In the mid-Cape area, in southeastern Massachusetts.
Facilities: Bicycle paths, hand-cycle rentals (é), scenic viewing area, restrooms available on trail.
Activities: Bicycling, hiking, walking, running, horseback riding, cross-country skiing.
Special Features: This paved trail follows a former railroad right-of-way from Dennis to Wellfleet. A wide unpaved shoulder accommodates horseback riding, walking, and running. Food and water, restrooms, and rental bikes are readily available along the trail.
