Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area

Location: Off US 101, 1 mile north of Pacific City.
Facilities: Beach access, boat ramp, interpretive events, picnic areas.
Activities: Fishing, windsurfing, wildlife viewing, nature programs, boating, hang gliding, kite flying.
Special Features: Cape Kiwanda is part of the Three Capes Scenic Route. It's the smallest of the three, but is one of the best places to experience spectacular wave action.

Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area is likely the most intriguing location in our odyssey at the Oregon coast.
That adage will be put to the test at the 10th annual Cape Kiwanda Longboard Contest, a two-day surfing competition that starts Saturday in Pacific City.
The zone sponsors are IBM, Pelican Pub and The Inn at Cape Kiwanda, Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club and The Curry Coastal Pilot.
