Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area Location: On Tesla-Corral Hollow Road between Tracy and Livermore. Facilities: Campground, picnic area, restrooms, visitor center. Activities: Primitive camping, OHV riding. Special Features: Characterized by dry rocky washes, rolling hills, and steep rugged canyons, the park provides a setting for off-highway vehicle (OHV) users of all skill levels. Carnegie offers two motocross tracks, an ATV/MC track, a 90cc track for younger riders, and a 4X4 obstacle course.
