Location:10 miles south of Wilmington off Highway 421.
Facilities:83 campsites without hookups, 2 primitive group campsites, picnic area, showers, trails, boat ramp, marina, visitor center, exhibit hall, concession stand (open during summer).
Activities:Camping, boating, river fishing, hiking, nature programs.
Special Features:Coastal ecosystem includes Venus' flytrap and other species of insect-eating plants.
