(Headquarters of Folk Arts and Crafts; since 1954, Association of Polish Cooperatives of Folk Arts and Crafts), a firm founded in Warsaw in 1949. Cepelia organizes the work of Polish masters of decorative applied art, specializing mainly in the production of souvenirs, and arranges for the sale of these products.
