Chatfield Hollow State Park

Location: 1.5 miles west of Killingworth on Route 80.
Facilities: Picnic table (é), picnic shelters, trails, restrooms (é).
Activities: Picnicking, pond and stream fishing, swimming, hiking, cross-country skiing.
Special Features: Park is situated in a heavily wooded hollow with natural caves and rocky ledges. The park's trail system extends into adjoining Cockaponset State Forest (see separate entry).
