Location: 1 mile south of I-225 on Parker Road, adjacent to south Denver.
Facilities: 102 campsites (80 with electrical hookups), showers, restrooms, laundry, 3 group campgrounds, 106 picnic sites, 5 group picnic areas, 2 snack bars, multi-use trails (12 miles), stables/horse rental, bathhouse, 2 boat ramps, marina, mooring/docking, boat rental, jet ski and sailboard rentals, model airplane field, shooting range (é).
Activities: Camping, boating, fishing, swimming, water-skiing, jet skiing, sailboarding, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, ice fishing, interpretive programs (seasonal).
Special Features: Park features a natural prairie environment and an 880-acre lake that together provide complete range of outdoor recreation opportunities in the midst of a densely populated urban area. Crowded on summer weekends.
