    [ILLUSTRATION OMITTED] Jody Harman, program coordinator of the Adult Basic and Literacy Education-funded General Education Diploma Program, has been named a 2008-09 Outstanding Service Award recipient by the Chester County Intermediate Unit, which provides services to schools in Chester County, Pa.
    The Chester County Commissioners recently honored the recipients of the 2008 Agricultural Development Council's Farmer of the Year and Distinguished Service in Agriculture winners.
    Tsoules, 92, of Southbridge, died June 22, 2008, in the Chester County Hospital, West Chester, Pennsylvania, after a short illness.
