Location:Southwestern portion of state, off I-81.
Facilities:110 campsites, 16 cabins, picnic area, 7 picnic shelters, gazebo, showers, toilets, snack bar, hiking trails (3 miles), swimming beach, bathhouse, fishing pier, boat launch, boat rentals, marina, gazebo, environmental education center, visitor center (seasonal).
Activities:Camping, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, bicycling, interpretive programs (seasonal).
Special Features:Park includes 3 miles of shoreline on 4,500-acre Claytor Lake. The visitor center, located in the historic Howe House, features interactive, hands-on exhibits.
