Clicks 

clicking consonants which are accompanied by simultaneous oral and glottal stops. The larynx lowers to reduce air pressure, and in the resultant cavity a current of air created by relaxing the oral closure is directed inward, exploding the glottal stop. Clicks are encountered in a number of southern African languages.
