Collected Laws of the USSR 

from 1924 to 1937 the official publication of the Administrative Board of the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR, in which were printed the decrees (dekrety and postanovleniia) of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR, its Presidium, the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR, and the Council of Labor and Defense of the USSR, as well as the treaties, agreements, and conventions concluded between the USSR and foreign states. The procedure for the publication of government laws and regulations was established by decree of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR and the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR on Aug. 22,1924 (Collected Laws of the USSR, 1924, no. 7, art. 71). The Collected Decrees of the Government of the USSR has been published since 1938.
