Coma Berenices [′kō·mə ‚ber·ə′nī·sēz]
(astronomy) A constellation, right ascension 13 hours, declination 20°N. Abbreviated Com. Also known as Berenice's Hair. Coma Berenices a constellation in the northern sky. The brightest star in the constellation has a visual stellar magnitude of 4.4. The north galactic pole is located within the boundaries of this constellation.
