Compuware

(Compuware Corporation, Detroit, MI, www.compuware.com) A leading provider of software and consulting services for building, testing and optimizing applications. Founded in 1973, it serves more than 90 percent of the world's Fortune 100 companies. Initially involved in mainframes, it since expanded to include client/server. In 2003, it released its now flagship product, Compuware Application Reliability Solution (CARS). This quality assurance methodology is noted for its testing and tracing through every workflow step, as well as its unique feature of on-site teams of consultants sent from Compuware who help implement the QA follow-through.
