Conconully State Park Location: North-central part of the state, 22 miles northwest of Omak on Highway 97. Facilities: 82 tent spaces, 4 restrooms (1 @di), 4 showers (1 @di), kitchen shelter (with electricity), nature trail, bike trail, 2 boat launch ramps, dock, horseshoe pits. Activities: Camping, boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, personal watercraft, water-skiing, wildlife viewing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing. Special Features: Conconully was a silver-mining town that was washed away by a flood in 1894. An early schoolhouse and a replica of the town's first courthouse are still in place on park grounds.
