A brightly colored mushroom that appears to have antitumor properties, is a common inhabitant of the woods worldwide. Also known as Coriolus versicolor; turkey tail mushroom.

Coriolus versicolor contains two bioactive polysaccharides that are chemically similar; polysaccharide peptide (PSP) and polysaccharide-K (PSK) also known as krestin.
