The crackers have more white flour, soybean oil, sugar, and partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil than the "dehydrated vegetable blend" that Nabisco makes such a fuss over. Matters are further complicated when it turns out some of this fat is "bad fat"; the nuts were not dry-roasted but cooked in cottonseed oil. |
