All three firms, which had traded normally until last Friday, are being placed in a creditors voluntary liquidation.
It had already been through one Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on December 19 last year, when the assets and goodwill of the company - then known as Peele Print (North East) - was bought by Peele Print (North).
The number of businesses entering creditors voluntary liquidation (CVL) - the standard form of liquidation - was also up by 11% to 191 in the same period.
